Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Decore Masterpieces. We take immense pride in offering authentic Indian handicrafts, including Pichwai paintings, marble art, home décor, glass works, and other traditional handcrafted items. Each product is carefully created by skilled artisans, reflecting the uniqueness and heritage of Indian craftsmanship.
As most of our products are handmade and often customized, we maintain a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness to both our artisans and our valued customers.
1. Order Cancellations
1.1 Before Dispatch:
- Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order by sending an email to our official contact address.
- After the 12-hour window, the order is considered “in process” and cannot be cancelled, as the product would already be under preparation, packaging, or customization.
1.2 After Dispatch:
- Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, no cancellation request shall be accepted.
- In case the buyer refuses to accept the delivery, it will be treated as a “Return to Origin” case. Shipping, handling, and restocking charges will be deducted from any eligible refund (if applicable).
- Orders returned under “refused delivery” will not qualify for a full refund.
2. Customized, Personalized, or Made-to-Order Products
- Cancellations are strictly not permitted for customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.
- Since these products are created specifically for individual customers, production begins immediately after order confirmation.
- No changes, modifications, or cancellations are accepted once production has commenced.
3. Delays, Stock Issues, or Seller-Initiated Cancellations
- In rare situations such as unavailability of raw materials, unforeseen production delays, or technical errors in order processing, Decore Masterpieces reserves the right to cancel the order from our end.
- In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
- The decision of Decore Masterpieces in such matters shall be considered final and binding.
4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
- Approved cancellation refunds (eligible only within the allowed window) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source.
- Any payment gateway fees, transaction charges, or administrative costs may be deducted from the total refundable amount.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
5. Product Variations and Authenticity
- All our products are handcrafted, and minor variations in color, texture, size, or design are inherent to handmade creations.
- Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.
- By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that handcrafted products may differ slightly from displayed images due to their artisanal nature.
6. Acceptance of Policy
- By confirming an order on Decore Masterpieces, the customer signifies that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Cancellation Policy in full.
- The policy is subject to revision or amendment at the discretion of Decore Masterpieces, without prior notice.
